ALL RETURNING REFEREES ALREADY HAVE A US SOCCER ACCOUNT IN THE LEARNING CENTER WITH US SOCCER.
ALL NEW REFEREES HAVE TO OPEN A NEW OMS ACCOUNT.
IF YOU HAVE NEVER ACCESSED YOUR ACCOUNT, AND DO NOT KNOW OR REMEMBER HOW TO GET ON THE ACCOUNT. LET US KNOW.
IF YOU MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT, IT WILL START YOU AS A NEW REFEREE, AND IT WILL MESS WITH YOUR REGISTERING FOR A RECERTIFICATION CLASS.
